Place the flour in a large bowl, making a well in the centre. Slowly add the milk and start whisking in the flour little by little until the mixture is smooth with no lumps.
Add the eggs and combine well, let the mixture rest for about 10min.
Stir in the blueberries carefully.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and when hot add 1-2 ladles of your pancake batter, make sure you catch plenty of blueberries!
Once the top isn’t runny anymore carefully flip your pancake and finish cooking from the other side – serve with sugar or honey.
