A bunch of radishes
about 2 large tablespoons of sour cream
a handful of lean bacon cubes
flat leafed parsley
1.) Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Meanwhile slice the radishes, once the oil is hot add the radishes and fry from both sides until lightly browned. Remove from the pan.
2.) Next fry the bacon cubes. Add the radishes.
(If using cured ham, don’t fry just add straight to
3.) Stir in the sour cream and chopped parsley and let it warm through. Then serve immediately.
By the way this is the perfect solution for spicy radishes as they lose all their peppery heat when cooked by this method.
